To change a customer's order, tap on the order ticket that appears above them. If you catch it early, you can swap ingredients before baking. However, changes can't be made after you've started the baking process.

Unlocking new recipes and upgrades involves earning enough experience points through successful orders. Follow these steps: 1. Complete customer orders to earn points. 2. Go to the 'Upgrades' menu. 3. Review available upgrades. 4. Purchase upgrades with earned points.
